Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, diced

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Balti curry paste
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
  • Naan bread or steamed rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies until softened.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the Balti curry paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, and chili powder.
