Brochetas De Pollo Al Mojo Cubano (cuban Mojo Chicken Skewers)

Brochetas de Pollo al Mojo Cubano, or Cuban Mojo Chicken Skewers, are a classic Cuban dish that features marinated chicken grilled to perfection. The marinade, known as mojo, is a zesty and flavorful combination of citrus, garlic, and herbs that infuses the chicken with incredible taste. These skewers are perfect for a summer barbecue or a festive gathering.
