Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, vegetable oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers.
  4. Grill the beef kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
