Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, vegetable oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers.
- Grill the beef kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
