  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat the meat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
  4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
