Brookie With Brownie Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions by combining the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
