Brookie With Brownie Mix

Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions by combining the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
