Bruschetta (bruschetta)

Ingredients
- 4 slices of Italian bread
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat a stovetop grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush the bread slices with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
