Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the udon noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
