Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Gradually add the cornmeal to the boiling water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, for about 30 minutes or until the polenta is thick and creamy.

- Season with salt to taste.
