Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add the beef slices and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the onion slices and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Divide the cooked rice into bowls, top with the beef and onion mixture, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
