불고기 치즈스테이크 (Bulgogi Cheesesteak) is a delicious fusion dish that combines the flavors of traditional Korean bulgogi with the classic American cheesesteak.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin
  • 1/2 cup bulgogi marinade
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the thinly sliced beef in bulgogi marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the same skillet and sauté the sliced onion and bell peppers until they are tender.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Open the hoagie rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Fill each roll with the bulgogi mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve the bulgogi cheesesteak hot and enjoy!
