Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup spicy mayo
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked through.

- Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked beef, green onions, carrots, and red cabbage in each tortilla. Drizzle with spicy mayo.
