Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 packs yakisoba noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the beef slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the vegetable oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, stir-fry the onion, carrots, and bell pepper until they start to soften.
  4. Add the yakisoba noodles to the skillet and stir-fry with the vegetables until heated through.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Divide the Bulgogi Yakisoba onto plates and serve hot.
