Bulgogi Yakisoba is a delicious fusion dish that combines the flavors of Korean bulgogi with Japanese yakisoba. This dish features tender marinated beef, stir-fried with vegetables and yakisoba noodles, creating a savory and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 packs yakisoba noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the beef slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the vegetable oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry the onion, carrots, and bell pepper until they start to soften.
- Add the yakisoba noodles to the skillet and stir-fry with the vegetables until heated through.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the Bulgogi Yakisoba onto plates and serve hot.
