Bun Moc
Bun moc is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup that is flavorful and comforting. This recipe is a great way to enjoy a warm and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 500g ground pork
- 200g dried rice vermicelli noodles
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, sliced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground pork over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the fish sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions.
- To serve, divide the cooked noodles into bowls and ladle the pork broth over the top.
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
