Ingredients
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
- In a bowl, mix the feta cheese and chopped spinach.
