Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix the feta cheese and chopped spinach.
