Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 20 dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and water until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pinch to seal the dumplings.
- Place the dumplings in a steamer basket and steam for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the steamer and serve hot.
