Ingredients
- 500g mixed mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup buckwheat
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onions and carrots until they begin to soften.
