Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat.
- Add beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken, carrots, and peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry with the chicken and vegetables.
- Drizzle soy sauce and oyster sauce over the rice. Stir to combine and evenly distribute the sauces.
