Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp butter

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
