Butter Tortilla

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each tortilla.
  2. Place a tortilla, buttered side down, in a heated skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese over half of the tortilla.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of diced chicken on top of the cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  7. Serve with salsa, sour cream, and chopped cilantro on the side.
