Butter Tortilla

Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each tortilla.
- Place a tortilla, buttered side down, in a heated skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese over half of the tortilla.
- Add 1/4 cup of diced chicken on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, and chopped cilantro on the side.
