Ingredients
- 4 fresh mackerel fillets
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the sliced potatoes in a single layer on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Season the mackerel fillets with salt and place them on top of the potatoes.
