Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 200g bacon, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy.
- Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the crispy bacon to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
