Cabbage and Mushroom Stir-Fry (Kopūstų ir grybų troškinys)

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until it starts to wilt.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue cooking until the cabbage is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
