Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until it starts to wilt, about 5-7 minutes.
