Ingredients
- 6 large red chili peppers
- 200g firm tofu, crumbled
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions
- Prepare the chili peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix together the crumbled tofu, shallots, garlic, salt, sugar, ground coriander, and ground turmeric.
- Stuff the tofu mixture into the prepared chili peppers.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place the stuffed chili peppers in the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot.
