Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried chickpeas, soaked overnight

  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the soaked chickpeas and pat them dry.

  6. Remove the falafel from the oil and drain on paper towels.
