Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 pita bread rounds
  • Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and tahini sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Drain the soaked chickpeas and pat them dry with a paper towel.
