Cala D'or Calamari Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh calamari, cleaned and cut into rings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 8 skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Add the calamari rings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Thread the marinated calamari onto the skewers, dividing them evenly among the 8 skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the calamari skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are opaque and slightly charred.
- Serve the skewers with lemon wedges and enjoy!
