Cala D'or Calamari Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh calamari, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 8 skewers

Instructions

  2. Add the calamari rings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated calamari onto the skewers, dividing them evenly among the 8 skewers.
