Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 8 ounces Serrano ham, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces Manchego cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a 6-inch circle.
- Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce on one half of each dough circle, leaving a border around the edge.
