Ingredients

Instructions
- In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.

- Stuff the squid with the breadcrumb mixture and secure the openings with toothpicks.
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the stuffed squid and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Remove the toothpicks and slice the stuffed squid before serving.
