Ingredients
- 1 sheet of store-bought puff pastry
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and press it into a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and blind bake for 15 minutes.
