Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 cups fish or seafood broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, sliced red bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
