Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 6 cups fish or seafood broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the diced tomatoes and paprika. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the white wine and cook for 2 minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
  4. Add the fish or seafood broth to the pot and bring to a simmer.
