Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 cup callaloo, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crab meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
