Ingredients

  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper, whole
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the chopped callaloo to the pot and cook until wilted.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and vegetable broth, then add the whole scotch bonnet pepper.
  4. Simmer the soup for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove the scotch bonnet pepper before serving.
