Ingredients
- 1 lb callaloo, chopped
- 1 onion, diced

- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper, whole
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the chopped callaloo to the pot and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the coconut milk and vegetable broth, then add the whole scotch bonnet pepper.
- Simmer the soup for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the scotch bonnet pepper before serving.
