Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the shredded coconut, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the flour in another shallow dish, and the beaten eggs in a third dish.
