Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, cilantro, diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a circle on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Place a portion of the chicken mixture on one half of each dough circle, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
  6. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative finish.
