Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese

- 1 pound pizza dough

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, cilantro, diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a circle on a lightly floured surface.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture on one half of each dough circle, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative finish.
- Place the calzones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush the tops with the beaten egg, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
