Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon sambal oelek (chili paste)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with 1/2 cup of cornstarch until evenly coated.

- In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

- Whisk in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
