Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup pickled vegetables (cucumber, carrots, daikon)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
  2. Coat the pork ribs with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the pork ribs for 15-20 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Serve the grilled pork ribs with cooked rice and pickled vegetables on the side.
