Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup pickled vegetables (cucumber, carrots, daikon)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
- Coat the pork ribs with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the pork ribs for 15-20 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Serve the grilled pork ribs with cooked rice and pickled vegetables on the side.
