Camel Kebabs With Harissa Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb camel meat, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon harissa paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, minced garlic, harissa paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the camel meat cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated camel meat onto skewers.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Serve the camel kebabs with harissa sauce on the side.
