Camel Kebabs With Harissa Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb camel meat, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon harissa paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, minced garlic, harissa paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the camel meat cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated camel meat onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve the camel kebabs with harissa sauce on the side.
