Canelons (traditional Catalan Cannelloni)

Ingredients
- 12 cannelloni tubes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups bechamel sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spoon the meat mixture into the cannelloni tubes and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the bechamel sauce over the filled cannelloni tubes and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
