Ingredients

  • 12 cannelloni tubes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups bechamel sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spoon the meat mixture into the cannelloni tubes and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the bechamel sauce over the filled cannelloni tubes and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
