Ingredients

- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, ricotta cheese, cooked spinach, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the cannelloni pasta tubes according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Stuff the cooked cannelloni tubes with the meat and cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed cannelloni tubes in the dish.
- Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
