Ingredients
- 12 cannelloni tubes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill the cannelloni tubes with the meat and cheese mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the filled cannelloni tubes in the dish.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the cannelloni rest for a few minutes before serving.
