- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the beef, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture.

- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
