Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes, then add the diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
- Serve the pork chops with the sauce spooned over them.
