Cantabrian Style Seafood Skewers (Brochetas de Mariscos a la Cántabra)

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the seafood, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients.
  4. Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the seafood is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
