Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bay leaf

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
