Ingredients

  • 8 oz canton noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Boil the canton noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture and vegetable broth into the skillet. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and serve the canton noodles hot.
