Ingredients
- 8 oz canton noodles

- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Boil the canton noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add garlic, ginger, and green onions to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour the sauce mixture and vegetable broth into the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve the canton noodles hot.
