Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork belly
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
