Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 tbsp apricot jam
- 2 slices white bread, crusts removed and soaked in milk

- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander

Instructions
