Ingredients
- 4 ripe plantains, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large skillet, combine the brown sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
